The mission of Legal Services of Northern California is to provide quality legal services to empower the poor to identify and defeat the causes and effects of poverty within our community, efficiently utilizing all available resources. 

Empower Yolo offers safe shelter for victims of domestic violence/sexual assault/human trafficking, crisis line, restraining orders, family legal services, therapy, housing referrals, food referrals & distribution, health insurance by appointment, emergency clothing, hygiene products, diapers, case management, and other services as needed.

The purpose of Davis Community Meals and Housing is to provide low-income and homeless individuals and families with housing, food, and human services to help them rebuild their lives.

Y3c are committed to providing quality services that are effective, efficient, and respectful of the individual.  Services are responsive to the evolving practices in mental health care and to the needs of our community.  Their services help individuals develop the skills necessary to live independently in the community.

YCCA supports families to protect and empower our children. They help families, particularly non-English speaking families, access services, learn valuable parenting skills, and find support. We do this through family strengthening programs which focus on the following areas: 1) family support, 2) parent education, and 3) community collaboration and advocacy.

Through work with local non-profit agencies, the City of Davis plays an active role in addressing the needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of homelessness.

The City of Woodland follows a Homelessness Action Plan. Managing issues associated with homelessness, Increasing availability and capability of services for unhoused people, such as shelters, daytime services, and job training. Increasing permanent supportive housing by Woodland's supply of permanent housing options.

The City of West Sacramento follows a Homelessness Action Plan. The Action Plan focuses on: enhancing public safety; improving communication between the City, County and other stakeholders; expanding resources available to combat homelessness; and developing effective delivery systems for services.

CommuniCare Health Centers’ mission is rooted in the underlying philosophy that health care is a right, not a privilege. 

They provide comprehensive and high-quality health care to anyone in our community, deliver health care in a safe environment emphasizing patient partnership, and invest in employees, learners and volunteers at all levels of the organization, as they are the foundation and heart of the work.

 Yolo County Housing Authority, also known as Yolo County Housing or YCH, is dedicated to establishing and maintaining quality, affordable housing, and community development support to everyone within its service area.  Its primary programs are funded through the Federal US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and through the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Office of Migrant Services (OMS). 

The Yolo County homeless services system of care provides housing assistance for Yolo County residents. Yolo County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) Homeless Services works in partnership with the cities and local service providers to ensure a robust range of homeless services. 

 Grace in Action is a Christ-centered ministry that serves homeless and low-income individuals in Davis. Their purpose is to restore hope and dignity through compassionate care, spiritual companionship, and referrals to local agencies. 

Shores of Hope offer four agency programs, which include Transitional Housing, Outreach, Child Development, and Transportation. Within these programs they have subprograms, which help to provide a deeper focus in the areas that need it most.
